Aim for a slow and steady weight loss of 5-10% of your starting weight over a period of 6 months. Physical Activity Regular physical activity can help improve your mood, reduce stress, and improve sleep quality. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity, or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic activity, or a combination of both, per week.
